If finding a file takes longer than a Google search, something upstream needs fixing

A well set-up SharePoint means most files take seconds to find — search by content, follow a shared link, or filter by a metadata column. If your experience is closer to drilling through eight levels of folders and hoping for the best, that’s not how it’s supposed to work. It costs everyone time, every day — and it’s a reasonable thing to say so.
