Check a site’s storage usage before you hit the limit

Go to Site settings (gear icon → Site information → View all site settings) → Storage Metrics under Site Collection Administration. You’ll see exactly how much space each library and list is consuming. If you’re near the quota, contact your Microsoft 365 admin — they can increase the site’s allocation from the SharePoint Admin Centre.
