Being told to redo something without being shown how to do it correctly is frustrating — and it’s a reasonable thing to push back on. Reply and ask specifically: is there a guide or form you can point me to? If they can’t give you a link, the guidance either doesn’t exist or isn’t findable. That’s worth knowing, and worth raising with your manager.
